FORD The Passengers

Immerse yourself in the innovative fusion of music and automotive artistry with our groundbreaking campaign for the All New Ford Kuga. We transformed the Kuga into a mobile recording studio, embarking on a journey with The X Factor across New Zealand. Enthusiasts and supporters of the show were invited to step into the spotlight inside the Kuga and collaborate on a fresh rendition of Che Fu's iconic 'Fade Away'. Over the X Factor auditions, we captured over 1000 unique interpretations of the song, serving as the heartbeat of our creative vision. This raw talent was transformed into captivating X Factor show idents, dynamic TV commercials, engaging online content, and a mesmerizing 3-minute music video that encapsulates the essence of 2013 New Zealand. The All-New Ford Kuga. In Tune with New Zealand. 

The campaign was recognised by WPP and Ford with the Go Further Award for best Creative Idea for Ford, globally, in 2013.

THE CONTACT ENERGY Light Tunnel

Adshels, reflective bus sides, UV (Black light) billboards, Glow in the dark print and a spectacular light display in the Cable Car tunnel brought to life Contact Energy's sponsorship of Powerplant at the NZ Festival.

DOW Agrosciences The Evil Yellow Dwarf

Farming magazines can be a bore, farmers aren't though, they like a laugh. New formula Transform kills dead the Psyllids that puke on your wheat crop and cause the pesky Yellow Dwarf virus.

We launched Transform with a teaser campaign, as the product formulation went through legals and the like. Then just as the actual farming application time loomed we released the 3 page consecutive ad in typical Farming magazines. In store posters promoted Farmers Bob's method, and they all lived happily ever after.

SUBARU The New Levorg

STRATEGY - FOR EVERY SIDE OF YOU.
The new Levorg is a car that doesn’t play to the rules of the category, this is a unique multi-dimensional sports tourer with many interesting sides to it. We see similar characteristics in our audience, they are dynamic, multifaceted mid-life confidents who are constantly having to adapt to the different sides of their life. Our strategy ‘for every side of you’ was created to celebrate the elevations of the Levorg through the sides of our audience's life - created to position the Levorg as the answer for young urban males who lead a dynamic lifestyle.

CREATIVE EXECUTION
We hero Levorg’s unique design and technology by holding a mirror up between the different sides of the car and the different sides of our audience with an informative, engaging and non-traditional car campaign.

DELIVERY
The comprehensive toolkit provided a variety of campaign executions across a number of different formats which were mapped across the consumer path to purchase – awareness, research, purchase and advocacy.

CONTACT ENERGY National Ignition Day

We created a campaign around the idea of an Ignition Day - the day you crank open the BBQ. Which in the Southern Hemisphere of course is December 1st!

Spreading the idea on facebook, in banners and in full page press ads we created a National Day. When you stocked up on your BBQ gas at Contact Rockgas you were entered into a competition to win fabulous prizes. On Ignition Day itself - the whole of NZ smelt of sausages (well not really - but wouldn't that be a cool thing?) The following weeks we supported the mantra to 'Get your sizzle on' - because you don't want to be left holding the raw snag! 

The apron was a huge hit with NZ fellas - Sensitive New Age Guys (S.N.A.G).

FORD MONDEO - The Test Driver

The new Ford Mondeo is a car packed with cutting edge technology that needed to be shown. A product demonstration was in order.

But who watches product demonstrations? What do people watch?

Easy, reality TV. So, we created a reality TV show…

THE IDEA

The Test Driver – a micro-series television game show, where teams competed over 8 action packed episodes: testing the technology of the Mondeo and their driving skills, with the chance to drive home in their very own Mondeo.

Ford's Facebook page went crazy and the show created such a stir that even the TV station believed it was a show. Ford fans were engaged, and new fans made it appointment viewing.

CONTACT ENERGY PowerPlant Festival

Contact Energy's sponsorship of The PowerPlant Exhibition, powered the line Fun with Energy. We had some fun with media, new technologies in paint and electricity by creating a glow in the dark print ad, street posters, a special build UV Billboard, EL adshels and glow in the dark bus sides. All this lit up our Capital City over the NZ Festival for locals and international visitors too.

Subaru Europe Brand Book

Shot on location in and around Malaga, Spain with photographer Ryan Edy this Subaru four car shoot was an epic adventure. The brief was Born Ready - and we, the team and crew - certainly had to be. 

LAMBRINI #BringtheBrini

Launching a new bottle and raising the game of Lambrini was the heart of this omni-channel campaign which spread to where the audience gathers. TVCs, cinema and sponsorship, The Bringing the Brini Tour, online games, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds, cross promotions with Fashion outlets, The TLC Channel, Chester Races and inclusive of all new photography, art direction and a New commisioned Brini font. All integrating within the hub website - we cast 4 girls and brought it all to life with the truth that whatever the occasion girls will find any excuse to get together. http://www.lambrini.co.uk/lambrini-goss/

nib Health Insurance

nib brought in Blue's Player Benji Marshall as a brand ambassador to launch their product in New Zealand. Originally from Australia - the brand has a USP of health insurance you can actually use. We made a 30sec Brand TVC, 2 x 15 sec product TVCs, a fully integrated online, youtube, digital, print and outdoor campaign. Resulting in an epic response. Directed by Jamie Campbell & Waitamata Films.

We created a brand new look, typography and design to blast into the market. 

We have just completed another video with Benji, and more billboards and adshels are scheduled. Very happy client.

FORD Drop Everything - Fieldays Sale

The Fieldays Sale is Ford's major annual retail campaign. The National Agricultural Fieldays is an annual agricultural show and Field day event held in Hamilton, New Zealand. It styles itself as "the biggest agricultural trade show in the southern hemisphere". Ford hold a Fieldays Sale every year and this campaign spreads over TV, Print, radio, POS and online.

Farmers, when you use Sparta you don't need to wear protective gloves, your skin doesn't crack and your hands will be softer. This keeps the wife happy that your hands are soft all over her. Safer farmers, satisfied wives.
